Wall decals, stickers, sticky graphics, sticker murals….whatever you like to call them, put simply they are really unique original artwork that you peel and stick to your walls, move and rearrange numerous times, take them with you when you move, tell stories with the kids or create a new look everyday..its truly unlimited!
Unlike almost all other wall decals ours are made from fabric and they will not rip or wrinkle or hurt your space, they adhere to any smooth surface and can be repositioned and moved countless times, they also are cleanable so those sticky tiny fingermarks can be wiped away in a moment. StickyTiki are also weather explanation, so can also go out of doors, how cool is that!
StickyTiki are handcrafted from our own artwork, brush stokes and all, to give a very painted on look so rare today in childrens spaces. StickyTiki is thoughtfully designed, fantastically cool, a little wacky with a touch of wizardry thrown in!!
About Us
StickyTiki L.T.D was born in Aotearoa in 2008. Its creators are Kim Hands and Simon Lindegren. Kim has a BA in art and design and has been working as a painter for around 10 years. She brings an aptitude for fanciful design and an eagerness for translating those designs into new media formats. Si handles the technology side taking Kims designs and bringing them to life as StickyTiki
Together with the repeated help of our three tiny Tikis – Zavia, Jasper and Kahlo ( who are in charge of quality control ), Oopsie the pussy ( RIP 23 / 04 / 10 ) and Silver the dog, we produce colourful, original designer wall graphics for children which will boost their environments, excite their minds and nurture their creative spirits, all done here from StickyTiki HQ, close to the beach in gorgeous Ahuriri, Napier, New Zealand.
We are environmentally conscious and use only products and packaging that reflect this. Our business philosophy is to value ourselves and others and we’ve got a strong focus towards charitable causes to which we often give portions of our sales.
